District Comprehensive Educational Plan
The District Comprehensive Educational Plan (DCEP) is developed in accordance with the requirements of Chancellor’s Regulation A-655 by the District Leadership Team (DLT). It is designed to engage and guide community stakeholders of various district constituencies in a cycle of comprehensive educational planning and shared decision-making in order to identify and address the needs of all students and improve student performance. DLTs develop a DCEP each year, by updating the previous year’s annual goals, district priorities and strategies based on the most current data and district and school needs. The DCEP consists of an overview of the district, contextual information, and accountability statuses for all district schools, the needs assessment, goals, and action plans. The District Parent Involvement Policy (DPIP) and District 100.11 Plan and Biennial Evaluation is also included.
